Our costs and booking a vehicle
While we operate some school contracts to support the core costs of the charity, they do not cover the direct costs of operation. We keep our fares as low as possible, but we do have to make a small charge for the journeys we provide.
Fares are charged for all journeys. Individual and Group Membership costs also apply (subject to membership criteria) and are payable by cash or cheque on your first journey.
Carers can accompany our passengers free of charge.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel a trip, please let us know at least 24 hours’ beforehand, to avoid any inconvenience to our volunteer drivers and other passengers. We reserve the right to charge for late or non-cancelled bookings.
